Respiratory Physiotherapy

Our lungs can be affected by a plethora of conditions, and when the medical management has been achieved, physiotherapy can be a useful tool in treating, educating, and advising patients who experience various forms of respiratory distress.

Post-operative Rehabilitation

After surgery and through your recovery, your mobility, strength and function will be assessed. According to the different phases of healing, your progress and individual goals, a rehabilitation exercise program will be tailored and constantly updated for your recovery.

Musculoskeletal disorders

Muscle, bone and joint-related issues such as upper and lower body aches and pains or any other injury resulting from work-related or day-to-day activities, the practice of sports, or pathologies such as degenerative disc disease or Osteoarthritis.

Sports Injuries

There is a fine balance between wanting to return to sports as soon as possible and making an optimal recovery. Dedicated assessment and tailored treatment techniques, including a comprehensive biomechanical analysis, will be used to achieve a swift comeback.

Massage Therapy

Relieving the body of muscular tensions, post or pre-sporting event preparation, trigger point therapy for the alleviation of pain in specific areas and swelling management can all be achieved through massage techniques.

Neuro Rehabilitation

Neuro rehabilitation involves focusing on the recovery of an injury or other damage to the nervous system. Symptoms include chronic pain, loss of sensation or control around certain areas of the body or movement impairments. Conditions that benefit from an input of Neuro Rehabilitation include Strokes (CVA), Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson's disease.
